Semi-Homemade Protein Pudding

June 2, 2015 by Ashley

This girl’s always looking for new protein packed snacks I can grab on the go – and this super easy, 5 minute protein pudding in a jar may be my new favorite! {No lies – I’ve brought a Tupperware and pudding mix on trips with me to make this in my hotel room with skim milk from room service… It’s that good.}

All you need is one box of Jello Sugar Free pudding, two scoops of protein powder, one cup of milk, and one cup of cold water. Mix and let set for 5 minutes! That’s it!

I used sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix with Optimum Nutrition’s Gold Standard Whey in Extreme Milk Chocolate, plus Fair Life skim milk to keep the carbs lower and the protein up in this batch.  Creamy, chocolatey perfection at 3f / 36c / 61p for the whole batch! This half pint jar is about half the total, but you could just as easily divide this into 4 smaller servings.

What combination should I try next?  Cheesecake pudding mix with Quest Strawberry protein? Butterscotch pudding with chocolate protein (like a Butterfinger bar!)? White chocolate with…..
